Chelsea Doolittle

Chelsea Doolittle is a licensed massage therapist, Mindpower Coach™, and certified Equine Gestaltist™, who assists women in transforming survival patterns into embodied leadership. With over two decades of experience, she integrates somatic awareness, subconscious re-patterning, and experiential equine partnership to guide women back to their voice, boundaries, and inner authority.

Working alongside her horse, Avalon, Chelsea facilitates powerful experiential spaces where authenticity replaces performance and wholeness becomes power. She believes that when a woman chooses herself, she doesn’t just change her life – she shifts the emotional legacy of generations to come.

My Story

For much of my life, I knew how to be strong…

I grew up in a small mountain town where nature and animals became my sanctuary. I was the youngest in a blended, hardworking family, and independence was not optional – it was expected. In a world where I often felt unseen, I learned early how to work hard and push through, I became resilient, capable, and independent. But inside, I often felt like I was living in between, never fully fitting in, always striving to be enough.

Trust was broken, boundaries were crossed, and somewhere along the way, I learned to survive by disconnecting from parts of myself. I told myself I was being strong. What I did not realize was that strength and survival are not the same thing.

In 2000, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist. Building a thriving business working hands on with people and animals. Through this, I learned to listen with my hands, witnessing how the body carries unspoken stories. Tension is rarely just physical, it is emotional and mental too.

As I supported others in releasing what their bodies were holding, my own inner voice began asking for more. I began studying human behavior and the unconscious patterns that shape our lives. In 2018, I added coaching to my practice, and in 2021, became a certified Mindpower Coach™, integrating mind, body, and spirit.

Then, in 2022, I fulfilled a lifelong dream and became a certified Equine Gestaltist™, partnering with horses in powerful, experiential healing work. Horses do not respond to who we pretend to be. They respond to what is true. And that truth changes everything.

Today, I work with women who have been strong for everyone else. Women who are accomplished, capable, and exhausted. Women who feel stuck in old patterns, old relationships, old identities, and know something deeper is calling them forward.

Through bodywork, Mindpower coaching™, and Equine Gestalt™ experiences, I guide women back into alignment with themselves. Every chapter of my life, the challenges, the lessons, and the triumphs, have prepared me for this work.

Not to rescue.

To stand beside them while they remember who they have always been.

If something in my story feels familiar, you’re not here by accident.

There may be something in you ready to shift and I would be honored to walk beside you.

I cannot believe that my mind is not racing. It’s the same as last time. All I want to do every day, about 3 o’clock, is take a nap, I’m exhausted. And leaving here last time, for the first time, I was like, “I don’t want to take a nap!”

Amy Sarkissian, Nevada

Oh my gosh, this woman is amazing! Her ability to create a sacred and safe space for our group allowed me to clarify an important piece of my life I had been struggling with. I am so thankful for her kind, supportive coaching!
