Testimonial
“I’ve always hated driving and now I don’t. Over the years, I worked hard to tolerate driving, but after working with Chelsea, I actually enjoy it! As soon as I sit in the driver’s seat, I feel calm, relaxed, and ready for the drive ahead.”
– Jen Erickson, Nevada
Why Gestalt…
Gestalt is a journey towards WHOLENESS – a process that seeks to reunite the mind, body, and spirit in harmony. Regardless of the traumas one has experienced, – Gestalt perceives each individual as whole and capable.
The Equine Gestalt Coaching Method represents a transformative approach that actively involves equine partners in the coaching process. By merging equine interactions with positive coaching, somatic awareness, and Gestalt methodology, clients are guided to explore the barriers that hold them back, initiate positive transformations, and envision and move towards a future aligned with their authentic selves.
This journey serves as a path leading individuals back to genuine wholeness, fostering self-healing from within, and facilitating significant, positive changes in their lives.
Deeper Dive Into Equine Gestalt
The Equine Gestalt Coaching Method® was developed by Melisa Pearce, a core founder of the horse human healing movement. The experiential nature of the method involves the horse as an active partner with the coach in the client’s exploratory process. The integrative approach of the equine’s interaction combined with positive coaching, somatic awareness guidance and Gestalt methodology, assists the client in examining their life and choices with a focus on designing a positive future. ©Melisa Pearce
